This review is really special because I went here on my birthday and I turned 21! This was on April 23rd, and I got a prosciutto specialty pie to share with one of my sisters, a frozen cucumber mint mojito w/ rum in it, and a blondie cake w/ vanilla flavored ice cream and candied pecans! The whole meal was really good, and I highly recommend coming here if you want some good quality pizza and food!

They have amazing wood fired pizza! Fresh high quality ingredients. The atmosphere is casual yet also feels fancy. Great for families and for date nights. The staff are all friendly and attentive.

Excellent is the best word to describe Josephine’s. Friendly and attentive service focused on you. Even in a busy time the servers and hosts made sure to give us all the options about waiting or sitting at the bar and treated us like friends. We sat at the bar and had two incredible pizzas. The Margherita pizza is most certainly the best you’ll find in Indiana county, and personally I think it can compete with any pizza I have had this side of Europe. It’s more expensive than your average small town pizza joint, but it is thoroughly worth the price. You won’t be disappointed.

We went for Valentine’s Day after a friends recommendation and it was so good! The food and drinks were delicious and the waitstaff was all super nice and made sure to keep checking on us. Will be back for sure!

An incredible find in rural Pennsylvania. Don’t let the “Pizzeria” name discourage you from joining them for other meals. The funky brunch was outstanding with choices for all and unique combinations of ingredients. The service and atmosphere don’t miss a beat either. Pinball while you wait for a table... The head chef/owner came out to greet us and I discovered I had just been to his best friend’s restaurant in Madison, WI only a few days earlier (another hit spot). Small world filled with great food, if you know where to look. Thanks Nick, Jimmy, and crew for sharing your experiences with us!
